Usually once we have a consultation, you can leave our office knowing exactly what our services will cost to handle your issue. We generally do not do hourly fee agreements and do not charge for items like phone calls, faxes, and such things which can quickly run up your hourly billing.
The law stipulates that the portion of our fees which will go into trust accounts must be made via cash or check. However, other fees can be paid by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard. Clients are expected to cover fees that need to be paid to third parties such as expert witness fees, fees for civil filing, transcript, and court reporter fees, if any apply.
